It really is easy and is not a diet plan - no weighing food or counting calories. I am eating differently because I am not as hungry. I'm also drinking more water and no longer crave soda or sweet tea, which is amazing, as I was drinking 4 - 5 glasses of tea or Coke every day. And that's not good - check out these side effects of soda.

It's no wonder my exercise efforts were not as effective as I wanted them to be!
But again, this isn't a diet and I don't feel deprived. I still eat bread - though not as much - and I still enjoy chocolate, though I find milk chocolate is too sweet and have switched to dark chocolate. I also still have wine, beer or martinis when I feel like it, and enjoy a nice dessert on occasion. The reason I don't eat them as often is because my body doesn't crave the carbs.
