Lactose Intolerant NO MORE!

A few years ago, I developed lactose-intolerance.  When I would succumb to the temptation of Dairy Queen or Marble Slab, I would almost immediately regret it.  I had never been lactose-intolerant as a child - or even as an adult - but I just chalked it up to stress related IBS symptoms.
