Choices, Chances and Changes

I have hit another milestone on my Plexus journey: before Plexus I wore a size 16 petite. Yesterday, I went shopping for new clothes and bought not one, but two SIZE 10P dresses! And they are fitted dresses!! After my weight struggles the last 3+ years, I had lost hope to ever try on "normal" clothes again. The gym opened this weekend, so tomorrow begins phase 2 towards the new me as I focuson getting physically fit again. My goal for 2016 is to return to the golf course!
