Nov 1, I received a WONDERFUL report from my doctor! Last year - in June, I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and my doctor wanted to put me on cholesterol medications. You can see all the red numbers on the left side of the image. I was unhealthy and at risk for heart disease.
I didn't want to take the cholesterol meds, but I agreed to meet with a nutritionist who wanted me to eat "fake" foods (e.g. margarine, sweet-n-low, etc). I said "no thanks" and vowed to find my own way out of my health mess. It took a few months, but I found Plexus through my sister and I will be forever grateful.
The results on the right are from my most recent blood work. I still have some work to do on my glucose, but every other result was "perfect" (his words, not mine). It is so awesome to have PROOF of how I feel!
