The month of April was one of contrasts for me - it was both the most stressful and the most relaxed times of the year. Professionally, I traveled two straight weeks for my corporate job leading up to our yearly sales kickoff. It was an extremely challenging, stressful, and sleep-deprived two weeks - but I made it through by following my Plexus routine: Slim in the morning (sometimes twice a day!), XFactor vitamins midday, then ProBio5 and MegaX each night. I did not "stress eat" the junk food that was laid out each day. I did not toss and turn at night worrying about the next day's activities. I slept soundly (although for fewer hours) and I had enough energy to deal with every curveball thrown my way.
In contrast, at the end of the month, I took a wonderful week of vacation with dear friends on the lovely and peaceful St. George Island, FL. Morning and evening walks on the beach with the dogs; Bunker digging for crabs; kayaking in the gulf; watching Dolphins frolic near shore; and enjoying time just relaxing. I indulged myself with fried grouper sandwiches, beer, pasta, and even Oreo cookies. I kept up with my Plexus routine the entire week, so despite the indulgence and the gain of a few pounds, I am still wearing my smaller clothes and am feeling good!
Plexus is truly a lifestyle change that allows me to experience all the ups and downs that life throws at me. Before Plexus, I would have struggled to have enough energy to get through the first two weeks of the month. Before Plexus, I would have beaten myself up over every "slip" and every pound. Before Plexus, I was wearing a size 16 and would have worn clothes and bathing suits that hid my shape. With Plexus, I can forgive myself for not being perfect, because I am healthier and KNOW that my body is reshaping itself in support of a stronger and better life.
