Mom was right!

Memorial Day honors those who have fallen and made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.  My Dad was a WWII Navy veteran who, thankfully, survived the war to have a family and live a long life.  He passed away in November 2010 at 83, after battling Parkinson's and Lewy-Body Dementia.  He taught me love and appreciation for many things, including golf, Falcons' football, the Flag and our Country, and golf (and yes, I mentioned golf twice on purpose - he LOVED to play golf).  But most importantly he taught me a love and appreciation for FAMILY.
